AGREEMENT TO LEGAL TERMS

Welcome to Shandong ZOVAE New Material Co., Ltd., doing business as ZOVAE (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our“).
We operate the website pollyflex.net (the “Site“) along with all related products or services that reference or link to these legal terms (the “Legal Terms“) (collectively, the “Services“).

These Legal Terms constitute a binding agreement between you, whether acting personally or on behalf of an entity (“you“), and Shandong ZOVAE New Material Co., Ltd., regarding your access to and use of the Services. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all of these Legal Terms. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and must discontinue use immediately.
Any additional terms or documents posted on the Services from time to time are hereby incorporated by reference. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or update these Legal Terms periodically. We will notify you of any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date, and you agree to waive any requirement for specific notification of each change. It is your responsibility to review these Legal Terms periodically. By continuing to use the Services after revisions are posted, you are deemed to have accepted the updated terms.

Accessing the Services from locations outside of China is done voluntarily, and you alone are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent they apply.

Your Submissions

We strive to display the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products on our Services as accurately as possible. All products are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee stock levels and reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time for any reason. Product prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

7. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

While the Services generally do not allow users to submit content, you may be permitted to create, submit, post, display, transmit, publish, or distribute materials, including text, video, audio, graphics, comments, suggestions, personal information, or other materials (collectively, “Contributions”). Contributions may be viewable by other users and on third-party websites. Contributions are governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

You grant the Services a license to access, store, process, and use any personal information or data you provide, consistent with the Privacy Policy.
By submitting suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensation.
You retain ownership of your Contributions and any associated intellectual property rights. We are not responsible for statements made in your Contributions, and you agree to hold us harmless and refrain from legal action regarding your submissions.

9. SERVICES MANAGEMENT

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to: (1) Monitor the Services for compliance; (2) Take legal action against users violating these Terms or applicable law; (3) Limit, restrict, or disable Contributions or parts thereof; (4) Remove excessive or burdensome files; and (5) Manage the Services to protect our rights and ensure proper functionality.

We value privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy: https://pollyflex.net/privacy/, which is incorporated by reference. Services are hosted in China. By using the Services from other jurisdictions, you consent to transfer and processing of your data in China.

11. TERM AND TERMINATION

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We may deny access or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, without notice. This includes violations of representations, warranties, covenants, or applicable law.
After termination, you may not create new accounts under your name, another person’s name, or a false identity. We reserve the right to pursue civil, criminal, or injunctive remedies.

12. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS

We may modify, update, or remove the Services at any time without notice. We are not obligated to update information.
Service availability is not guaranteed. Hardware, software, or maintenance issues may cause interruptions. We are not liable for losses resulting from Service downtime, interruptions, or modifications.

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Informal Negotiations

We may assume exclusive defense at your expense, and you agree to cooperate with us.

19. USER DATA

We may maintain certain data you transmit for performance management. Routine backups are performed, but you are solely responsible for data transmitted or created using the Services. We are not liable for any data loss or corruption.

20. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES

Using the Services, sending emails, or completing forms constitutes electronic communications. You agree that electronic agreements, notices, policies, and records satisfy legal requirements for written communications. You consent to electronic signatures and delivery.

22. MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms, along with policies and operating rules, constitute the complete agreement between you and ZOVAE. Failure to enforce rights is not a waiver. Provisions deemed unenforceable remain severable. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency is created.
